Seating Chart Description

Sapinsley Hall has a seating capacity of 400. Six locations are available for wheelchair patrons only.

Layout

The chart shows the hall from above, with the stage at the bottom. Seating is arranged in three areas:

  • Main seating: Rows B through T, facing the stage. Row B is closest to the stage and Row T is at the back of the hall. There is no Row A, Row I, or Row O.
  • Right Loge: a side balcony along the wall shown on the left side of the chart, which is the audience鈥檚 right when facing the stage. It has Rows E through Q, with two seats per row.
  • Left Loge: a side balcony along the wall shown on the right side of the chart, which is the audience鈥檚 left when facing the stage. It has Rows E through Q, with two seats per row.

A railing separates each side loge balcony from the main seating. The chart also shows doors at the back center of the hall and in each back corner, and steps at both front corners of the stage.

Seat Numbering

  • In Rows E through T, seats are numbered 101 to 121, starting on the side nearest the Right Loge.
  • Rows B, C, and D have a center group of seats numbered from 101, plus a few side seats at each end of the row. Side seats on the audience鈥檚 right are even-numbered (2, 4, 6), and side seats on the audience鈥檚 left are odd-numbered (1, 3, 5).
  • Right Loge seats are numbered 2 and 4, and Left Loge seats are numbered 1 and 3.

Steps

  • Main seating: steps separate each row from Row K back to Row T, and there is a step behind Row T. No steps are shown between Rows E, F, G, H, J, and K.
  • Front rows: steps separate Rows B, C, and D from each other, and from Row E.
  • Side loges: in both loges, steps separate Row Q from Row P, Row N from Row M, Row L from Row K, Row J from Row H, and Row G from Row F.
