This report, aligned with 2024 CACREP accreditation standards, tracks program performance across five objectives: Professional Readiness, Learning Environment, Professional Dispositions, Student Population, and Current Professional Needs. Nearly every measured goal was met or exceeded in 2025–2026.

Professional Readiness | Goal Met

90% of students were expected to meet expectations on anchor assignments in each course. The program exceeded this goal; skill-development benchmarks across practicum and internship courses were strong overall.

Learning Environment & Faculty Performance | Goal Met

Course evaluations and clinical supervision ratings were consistently high. Faculty exceeded the benchmark in nearly every term and category.

Professional Dispositions | Goal Met

Students showed strong ethical, multicultural, and interpersonal competencies across practicum and internship. “Exceeds Expectations” ratings dominated later-stage courses.

Student Population | Goal Met

100% of students completed the program within 5 years, exceeding the 90% retention goal. Applicant volume grew steadily from 84 in 2024 to 108 in 2026, while enrollment held stable near 43–46 students per cohort. Demographic self-reporting declined over the same period, which limits visibility into recent diversity trends.

Current Professional Needs | Goal Met

Feedback from site supervisors, employers, alumni, and the advisory board was reviewed and incorporated into ongoing program modifications, keeping curriculum responsive to current trends in the counseling profession.
